Bonnaye Mims, State Representative for the 27th District, has a long record of fighting for our community and working for progress.  A former employee of the Missouri Department of Mental Health and a member of AFL-CIO AFSCME Local 1812 (and President from 1992-1998), Bonnaye worked to protect both our most disadvantaged members of our state and our working men and women in public service at the same time. As a member of the Hickman Mills School Board since 2002, Bonnaye has been on the front lines of fighting corruption at all levels, constantly leading the charge to improve our schools.  In her role as State Representative she has proudly continued that role, sponsoring or co-sponsoring dozens of bills aimed at protecting consumers, fighting for our neighborhoods and helping to create more opportunities for our families and children.
